Information we collect
PDFNew may collect account information from Google sign in, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We may also collect usage records for quota enforcement, plan status, admin management, and abuse prevention.
Files and processing
Many tools process files in the browser. Some tools may upload temporary files to private storage or call server routes for processing. Uploaded and generated files are intended for temporary use and may be deleted as part of cleanup, retention, or quota rules.
Cookies, ads, and analytics
PDFNew may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, browser identifiers, analytics tools, and advertising technologies to remember theme settings, manage device usage limits, measure site performance, prevent abuse, and support advertising. Third parties, including Google, may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or use IP addresses to serve and measure ads.
Google sign in
Sign in is restricted to Google authentication. We use Google sign in to identify users, apply free or Pro quotas, and route the approved admin email to the admin dashboard.
