Refund Policy
PDFNew wants billing to be simple and fair. This policy explains when refunds may be available for paid Pro access.
Pro plan payments
PDFNew offers a low-cost Pro plan for unlimited usage and access to premium tools. Because access is digital and begins soon after account approval, completed payments are generally non-refundable once Pro features have been used.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund if you were charged twice for the same account, paid for the wrong Google account by mistake, or could not receive Pro access because of a technical issue on PDFNew's side. Requests should be sent as soon as possible with the account email and payment details.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not normally provided for completed file processing, change of mind after using Pro tools, source files that cannot convert perfectly, or issues caused by unsupported files, browser limitations, or external services outside PDFNew's control.
